  Welcome to the 2026 NAEM Conference vendor registration page. 

  We are offering multiple sponsorship levels and thank you for your support of Emergency Management in Nebraska with your sponsorship.

  This year's conference vendor contact is:

  Once you select your sponsorship level you may send a check to the address listed on the invoice or pay by credit card.  Please email the logo to be used in our conference brochure to emergencymanager@nuckollscountyne.gov. 

  If you need a hotel room during your attendance

  Contact the Comfort Inn Kearney, NE.  The phone number is 308-661-0454 for room reservations.  Ask for the special room rate setup for the Nebraska Association of Emergency Managers, prior to March 10, 2024. Vendors are responsible for their own room costs.

This year’s conference will focus on emerging approaches, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration. Together, we’re building a stronger, more resilient emergency management community for 2026 and beyond.
